High School Athletic Development
Mon - Sun / 1 hour sessions
Sport-specific strength, speed, and power development for varsity-level athletes. Programmed to complement your in-season and off-season schedules.
Youth Athletic Development
Mon - Sun / 1 hour sessions
Age-appropriate movement training, coordination drills, and foundational strength work. Building the base early.
Intermediate & Competitive Youth
Mon - Sun / 1 hour sessions
Bridging the gap between youth fundamentals and high school intensity. For athletes ready to push harder.
BCS Homeschool Physical Development
Thursdays / 1 hour
Structured physical development programming for homeschool athletes in the Bryan-College Station area.
Small Group Training
Sundays / 1 hour
Smaller groups, more coaching attention. Ideal for athletes who want a focused environment with peers at a similar level.
Legends Power Session
Wednesdays / 30 minutes
High-output power training at Legends Event Center. Short, intense, no filler.

Mon - Fri / 1 hour sessions
Morning training for adults who refuse to settle. Real programming, not a fitness class.

SHREDMILL Speed & Power
30-minute sessions
Curved treadmill speed and power protocol. Sprint mechanics, acceleration work, and conditioning in a focused half-hour.
Private Training
1 hour / contact for scheduling
One-on-one with Coach Brock. Fully individualized programming, technique correction, and performance tracking.
Nutrition Consultation
30 minutes
Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified. Fueling strategy for performance, recovery, and body composition.
